Big Finish has made us aware parcels to us containing copies of the latest Eighth Doctor story, Max Warp, are not in the tracking system from their carrier, DHL. We have not received that shipment.

For this reason, subscribers will note we have not yet shipped that title, despite the fact other releases continue to ship.

We are working with Big Finish to remedy this situation with all deliberate speed, and will ship this title to subscribers, and make it available to all customers, upon its arrival here.

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause.

UPDATE - 2008Feb29: We've received replacements, and all subscriber parcels for Max Warp have now shipped and are in transit.
